GiveMN Terms of Service

Notice:

The individual or entity agreeing to the below listed terms and conditions will hereby be referred to as “The Partner”.

Digital Course Terms: 

(Applicable only to GiveMN produced and/or sold digital courses (via the Kajabi platform)) 

Services Rendered

The Partner acknowledges that the purchase shall solely include access to the digital course purchased from GiveMN and any applicable resources (determined by GiveMN), to be included in with the purchase. GiveMN shall not act as a “professional fundraiser” (e.g. GiveMN will not solicit donors on your behalf). The Partner further acknowledges that outcomes of the strategies GiveMN or its partner presenters recommend may vary and GiveMN shall have no responsibility for and does not make any guarantees related to the results of such consultation. 

The Partner acknowledges that purchases made by The Partner of any and all products, courses, or other digital content sold by GiveMN are final and not eligible for refund.  

The Partner acknowledges that their access to the purchased course, content, or materials, may be limited to a specific period of time, beginning on the date of purchase or registration. The timeframe for access may be listed on the purchase or course/material description page, and the Partner acknowledges that their access to this content will be revoked once the determined period has expired. This stipulation applies to any user accessing any GiveMN-provided content in the GiveMN-managed Kajabi platform/account, whether through a full-priced purchase, discounted purchase, or no-cost/free registration. It is the Partner’s responsibility to login and access the materials prior to the expiration of their access, and failure to have logged in prior to such date will not extend the access time period or be a reason for refund. 

The Partner agrees to abide by all GiveMN community guidelines and participation expectations while using the GiveMN.org platform, or the GiveMN-managed Kajabi platform/account. The Partner acknowledges that GiveMN reserves the right to reduce or remove access to purchased content without a refund if the above guidelines are broken.

GiveMN, in our sole discretion and without notice, reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, remove or delete any material submitted by The Partner as a comment to a blog, forum or chat-room provided for display or placed on this site. Specifically, GiveMN reserves the right to delete or decline to post content that contains profanity; sexual content; overly graphic, disturbing or offensive material; vulgar or abusive language; hate speech, defamatory comments, or offensive language targeting any specific demographic; personal attacks of any kind; spam; promotions for commercial products or services, or any other content that GiveMN identifies as unacceptable.

The Partner agrees not to share direct access to or Kajabi login information for courses or content purchased from GiveMN at full or discounted price, with a wider audience, individuals or teams. 

The Partner agrees that if they acquire separate products, services and/or content from this site, GiveMN reserves the right to require that the Partner agree to separate agreements as a condition of  use and/or purchase of such products, services and/or content.

GiveMN shall not disclose any information provided to us in connection with the purchase or The Partner’s attendance or course completion status to an event to any third party without your consent and shall abide by all applicable data privacy laws and requirements. 

GiveMN shall retain ownership of all materials and presentations created in connection with the course(s) purchased and The Partner shall not use or distribute such materials to any third party for any reason. The Partner agrees not to duplicate any of the materials or presentations in the purchased course(s) for personal or professional use, or to be resold to any third party for any reason. 

The Partner agrees that GiveMN may use any photos or videos taken, or quotes/testimony made or uploaded to the GiveMN-managed Kajabi platform/account for any and all commercial purposes and the Partner fully releases any interest in such photos, videos, or quotes/testimony. 

GiveMN agrees to use our best efforts to fulfill and exceed The Partner’s expectations on the deliverables included in these terms. The Partner agrees to aid us in doing so by making available to us needed information pertaining to your organization as needed.

Investment & Remittance

As a nonprofit organization, GiveMN offers services at a cost well below market rate. Fees from our courses like this one are invested back into fulfilling GiveMN’s mission to grow giving and ignite generosity.

To provide the work outlined in these terms, the investment needed from The Partners will be outlined on the purchase page. The Partners may request a refund for any reason, but whether a refund is processed or fulfilled will be solely at the discretion of the GiveMN team. In the event of a full or partial refund, The Partner’s access to the purchased course may be revoked.
